• Born on November 14, 1974, Italian Citizen; member of the BAR of Bologna.



• Academic education in Italy and abroad. He attended the European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization in Venice (E.MA., EIUC - European Inter University Centre for Human Rights and Democratization, 2002-2003) and the Post-graduate course in International Trade Law held at the International Labour Organisation in Turin, Italy (2007), as well as other courses and seminars in various institutions.
  
  He graduated in law at the University of Modena, Italy (1999) and he continued his language and legal education at different universities, including the University of Clermont-Ferrand, France, (1996-1997); University of Salamanca, Spain (1999); Anniesland College, United Kingdom (1998); University of Sydney, Australia (2000); University of Vienna, Austria (2001).

  Human Rights Law (in particular applications before the European Court of Human Rights and before the UN mechanisms) including issues related to immigration and asylum as well as criminal law issues; Consumer Protection Law; ADR (alternative dispute resolution systems); International Trade Law and Foreign investments in particular with China, including the setting up of trading companies and local branches.
