He attended the European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization in Venice (E.MA., EIUC - European Inter University Centre for Human Rights and Democratization, 2002-2003) and the Post-graduate course in International Trade Law held at the International Labour Organisation in Turin, Italy (2007), as well as other courses and seminars in various institutions.

    He graduated in law at the University of Modena, Italy (1999) and he continued his language and legal education at different universities, including the University of Clermont-Ferrand, France, (1996-1997); University of Salamanca, Spain (1999); Anniesland College, United Kingdom (1998); University of Sydney, Australia (2000); University of Vienna, Austria (2001).
